With this pick-up we were delayed 8.5 hours and could not believe it as we have never had a delay like that from Alicante. Our first booking with you as we only moved into the area in May 2016. Tough one to start a relationship with. George our driver still picked us up as agreed and all credit to him as I’m not sure that I would in his position. So that was meant to land at 17.25 ended up as about 3 am. So all credit. We do quite a few flights from Stansted in a year and will also be doing a Heathrow return in November as well.
